Elements Coaching & Facilitation support individuals and non-profit organisations in South Africa that are dedicated to making the world a better place. We do this through personal, team and leadership coaching; organisational development and strategy; process facilitation; mentoring; and training. We co-create solutions with you and your teams, to enable the inner work needed for social change, both at a personal and organisational level.

Supporting change-makers to lead with love in life and work.
I have been working as a leader in environmental sustainability and community development for the past 16 years in a variety of roles, but mentoring, coaching, and facilitation have been integral to all of them. I am passionate about supporting organisations and change-makers who aspire to lead with love in life and work, with a particular interest in inner work for social and environmental change, building healthy relationships as a foundation for well-being, and living a more elemental life through connection with nature.
I have a Bachelor of Social Science (Psychology) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and a Masters in Philosophy (Management Coaching) from the University of Stellenbosch Business School. Along with building the Elements consultancy, I am working as a Director | Organisational Resilience at the WILDTRUST, an environmental non-profit in South Africa. In my spare time, I enjoy walking in nature with my partner and dogs, writing, reading, hiking, yoga, meditation, travelling to wonderous places, and slouching on the couch with Netflix and a glass of wine.
